What is a graphics tablet
All people, who have tried to draw with a mouse, know how terribly it is. However, the computer provides plenty of opportunities to simulate the rhythmic activity.
That is drawing tablets for computer were invented for.

The main mission of the graphics pad is to bring closer work on computer to real drawing.
Of course, graphics tablet is interesting primarily for people who work a lot with graphics: digital artists, designers, photographers...
The computer draw pad has an active area that corresponds to your computer screen area, and a pen that is sensitive to pressing.
The active area allows you to move around the screen instantaneously. It means that placing the pen in the corner of the graphics tablet, the cursor is there on the screen instantly.
And touching drawing tablet with the pen is not necessary for this, touching with the pen corresponds to pressing the keys.
The pen is sensitive to the strength of pressing and sometimes to the slope, and transparency, thickness, saturation, dispersion, nature of stroke and many other parameters of drawing with a brush can depend on the strength of your pressing, everything depends on the settings.
Thus, you can draw in a paint program, as close as possible to how it happens in real life.

Wacom Cintiq Series and Cintiq PL series too is a special series of drawing pads for computer, where it is possible to draw straight on the monitor screen.
These drawing pads are very expensive, but, on Wacom assurance, they approach work with them to real drawing as much as possible.
I worked with all presented Cintiq models, and Cintiq 17SX serves me at home about 5 years, its another name is Cintiq PL-700.
I want to share with some features of work with such graphics pads, because there are such features but they are not obvious.
But in the beginning Iwill tell about good things.

Here is a battle of Wacom Intuos vs Bamboo. Certainly, drawing tablets for computer Bamboo also has disadvantages in comparison with professional Wacom Intuos series.
It has worse resolution:2540lpi at Bamboo vs 5080lpi at Wacom Intuos. Also only 512 levels of pressing sensitivity of the pen vs 1024 at Intuos3. And 2048 at Intus4.
However, in real work this difference is imperceptible.
Yes, if you take two pads Bamboo and Intuos and work with them alternately, you feel that Intuos is more exact and more pleasant in work, but this difference is not so significant and not obvious to everybody. When you draw on Bamboo you do not feel any discomfort.

Wacom Intuos series of drawing pads for computer is a professional series. Very often this series is the choice of professionals. Build quality and design are very high. Technical characteristics, such as resolution of the working surface and number of levels of pressing sensitivity are significantly higher.
There are more than a dozen different buttons and a sensitive scroll bar on the drawing tablet. Zoom, brush size changes, transparency changes ... and all other things can be put to the sensitive scroll bar.
All buttons are very flexibly configured, and can perform different functions in different applications. In general ... the settings are enough.

It is A5 drawing tablet for computer with Bluetooth technology, due to what it can work wirelessly at distances up to 10 meters.
The pen has 512 levels of pressing sensitivity, and resolution of working area is a bit less than the Bamboo Fun has (2000lpi).
There are only two programmable keys in the drawing tablet.Perhaps, Wireless Pen Tablet is a very convenient thing for presentations, but I do not advise to buy such a tablet for drawing.

These drawing tablets for computer are positioned by Wacom as an entertainment for children, and not as a tool for professional work.
However, this is an extremely rare case when marketing underestimates the possibilities of its product.The size A6 is not very interesting for us.
My advice is that it is better to spend a little more money on the A5, but not to think any more about how to change it to something better. Graphics pad Bamboo Fun A5 is a good choice to start with and may be also left for professional work.
